Demonstrating Mercy through Orphan Care

When a man dies prematurely here, his brother is responsible for the children. However due to poverty many are unable to feed these children. The ‘Ministry of Hope’ provides a daily meal, Christian education and various activities for orphans. At the end of the day the children return to the village where they live with their guardians. MOH has grown to incorporate 5 different feeding centers and is responsible for caring for over 1500 orphans.

In 2002, we helped "MOH' start a feeding program in the town of Mponela. Moreover through the Mponela center we also connected with leaders in Khwamba village. As a result of this partnership a feeding center in Kwamba has also been constructed.

The contributions of our supporters have enabled us to purchase food items for various Orphan related ministries such as MOH, Grace of God Orphanage, Children of the Nations and other similiar ministires run by our ABC graduates.
